Usually, when looking for a place to live, safety and peace are two of the most important factors. Edmondson Park is just that - a safe and quiet suburb with plenty of activities to keep you busy. We chose this suburb because of its proximity to the Sydney CBD; being able to take the direct train from Edmondson Park Station makes it incredibly easy for us to get into work in no time at all. Even if you’re working further away, say in Parramatta, there’s still a direct train that will get you there within 35 minutes. In addition, an amazing shopping precinct is currently being built at Ed Square, providing residents with more convenient access to all their daily needs. With transport options so close by, we could not have asked for anything better!

Is Edmondson Park a good place to live?

So, when we were looking for somewhere to buy our first home, Edmondson Park was the perfect place. Not only is it safe and quiet – ideal for raising a family – but the added bonus of having Ed Square shopping precinct nearby means there's plenty of places to go and things to do without having to travel too far. Plus, with direct transport links from the station into Sydney CBD and Parramatta, it’s really convenient for us as we both work in town. The journey time from Edmondson Park station into Parramatta is only 35 minutes; so if you have a job in one of those locations then this suburb could be ideal for you, too!
